Coaching is all about unlocking individual and organizational potential to maximize performance and be your best. Coaching works by:
uncovering your true values;
producing a clear alignment between your values, choices/decisions and actions; and
supporting you in taking your blinders off and keeping them off.
Coaching clarifies your vision and values, and supports your ability to be intentional and purposeful in all your choices. Clarity of vision and values means:

Coach's Role

A coach is a sounding board, facilitator and awareness-raiser. A coach engages you in provocative conversations and asks questions that enable you to identify, explore and eliminate the barriers to your success. The answers lie within you; a coach helps you uncover them and take appropriate action to create and sustain positive change in your life and/or organization.

Just as a fitness trainer works with you to combine optimal nutrition and exercise to realize desired physical and health benefits, a coach supports you to define and consistently apply the attitudes, mindset and behaviours that will get you the desired results in your career, your organization, and in your life in general.

Coaching Outcomes

Coaching is a way of raising your awareness about the imbalances that can exist within an organization, as well as within your professional and personal lives. Awareness is the key to personal empowerment as you are only able to control that of which you are aware; that of which you are unaware controls you. While raising your awareness of the imbalances and self-imposed barriers that exist in your life, coaching supports you in exploring ways to move forward and lead both personal and organizational change with confidence.
